Kenmore Elite oven control

The Electronic Oven Control on my Kenmore Elite has quit and I am not interested in spending $400 for a new controller.
I have purchased a couple of your SYL-2362A2 controller for a brewery project that I am working on (I will send photos and drawing on this when I am done) - and thought that I should be able to use one of these as a replacement for my oven controller.

I would like to use the existing RTD - but can find a compatible sensor code.

My question - is their a compatible sensor code (and configuration) for this type of RTD?

This should be the PT1000 RTD probe. Our controller is not compatible with it.
