Problem with SYL-1813R

Problem with SYL-1813R

Postby Dodge » Thu Apr 12, 2012 8:15 pm

Hi,
I bought Auber1813 and I have a small problem.
I have a sensor P200 and that's the problem. :-)
At 10 ° C in fact, Auber1813 show 300 ° C.
It would not be such a problem, it would compensate by ZERRO OFFSET. The problem is the range of measurement. If I set at 300 ° C to 0 ° C, so EEEE occurs around 300 ° C and I have P200 certificated to 1000 ° C
My question is, is it possible increase the range of measurement? Or another way to use P200 on 1813?
Thank you. ;)

Hi, dodge,

Do you have the specification for your P200?It's for measuring temperature?

Hi,
yes it is for temperature measurement. It is from the car with DPF.
I have not specifications, but 0°C-200Ω and 98°C-276Ω it is accurate. At 1050°C-790Ω it is not so mutch accurate.
I have a programer, thats not problem prog the eeprom.

Thank you.

When set the Inty to 375r, the resistance the gauge measured can not be out of the resistance range. But it should be OK to measure the temperature lower than 225C. You just need to set PuL to -257.9, PuH to 225.7.

I need to measure the temperature of about 800-1000 ° C.
It is a platinum thermoprobe like Pt100. It is original sensor for EGT from car.

You can use the TC-KEGT probe (1000C) or TC-KEGTS probe (1100C).
