Auber Instruments was founded in 2006. It manufactures and sells controllers and measurement instruments for industry and home use.

The company conducts all research and development at its facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA. The founders, with more than 50 years combined experiences in the R&D, manufacturing and sales, are veterans of instrumentation business.

Most of its products are sold directly from its web site and shipped from its Georgia office. However, it has distributors for some of the specific products in Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France and so on. Some of the products may carry private brand names.

Positions Available:

1. Research Engineer (1 Position) - Provide engineering support for the design and manufacturing of controllers and transducers, including material design, hardware design, product manufacturing, system integration and troubleshooting. Study current products and provide new insights through testing and data analysis, make suggestions on improving existing product designs. Conduct the review and monitoring of patent and scientific literature relevant to the company. Review new product plans and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives such as materials strength, weight, heat resistance and cost. Perform engineering design, prototyping and documentation. Conduct engineering evaluation and qualification of new products and conduct tests for proper operation. Prepare engineering documentation, specifications and drawings. Develop engineering plans and QA procedures and prepare technical and user documentation. 2. Product Engineer (2 Positions) - Provide engineering support for the design and manufacturing of controllers and transducers, including design of analog circuit for sensor signal measurement, digital circuit for signal processing, programming for Proportional-Integral- Derivative (PID) controller, high power electric penal design and trouble shooting. Participate in new product introduction, including verifying specifications and objections, debugging potential hardware/software deficiencies. Complete the analysis for customers' electrical circuit diagram. Develop engineering plans and QA procedures and prepare technical and user documentation. Require: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and 3 months of experience as an Electrical Engineer/Test Engineer/Field Engineer.
