Reporting a shipping issue

Missing item in the shipment:

Carefully check all packing material in your package (smaller items may be hidden).
If you still can't find the item, please contact us and send all materials below to info@auberins.com within 7 calendar days of delivery date.
1) Photos of all the parts you have received;
2) Photos of shipment package if the exterior of package has any sign of damage;
3) A photo of Auber’s Packing Slip.
 
Package Damage:

For any damage during shipment, please contact us and send all materials below to info@auberins.com within 7 calendar days of delivery date.
1) Photos of the damage product(s);
2) Photos of shipment package if the exterior of package has any sign of damage;
3) A photo of Auber’s Packing Slip.
 
Lost Package (US):

If your package:
1) did not deliver on time and the tracking information indicated that it is still in transit, you can use the Domestic Delivery Time Estimation Tool to check the delivery time period or submit your inquiry to info@auberins.com within the particular period below:
2) showed "delivered" status on the tracking, but you still have not received it, please try to locate the package around the delivery location first, including checking your mailbox, front door, etc. You can also call your shipping carrier for help. If locating the package did not help, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com within the particular period below:
 
Time period to claim lost (domestic):

USPS: between 15 to 30 calendar days from the ship date
EMS: between 2 to 7 calendar days from the estimate delivery date
FedEx Ground: between 15 to 30 calendar days from the ship date
FedEx Express: between 2 to 7 calendar days from the estimate delivery date

Lost Package (International):

1) USPS Mail Intl: International tracking is only available to limited countries and regions. If you haven’t received your package after 45 days of the shipment date, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com.
2) USPS Priority Mail Express Intl: It guarantees to be delivered within 3 ~ 5 business days for most of the countries. If you did not receive the package on time, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com within 2 to 7 calendar days from the estimate delivery date.
3) FedEx International Ground: If you did not receive the FedEx International package on time, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com within 7 to 15 calendar days of ship date.
4) FedEx International Express: If you did not receive the FedEx International package on time, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com within 2 to 7 calendar days of estimated delivery date.
5) showed "delivered" status on the tracking, but you still have not received it, please try to locate the package around the delivery location first, including checking your mailbox, front door, etc. You can also call your shipping carrier for help. If locating the package did not help, please file your lost claim to info@auberins.com within the particular period above.
