PID Temperature Controller With 30 Steps Ramp/Soak

This is a brand new, dual display, 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) programmable PID temperature/process controller. This controller is for applications where it is desirable to have automatically adjusting set points. Up to 30 steps can be programmed to A) ramp the temperature up or down at controlled rate, B) maintain the temperature for a specific period time, C) turn on/off the relays (alarm relay) after process reach a specific step. D) jump (for loops), run, hold and stop after process reaches a specific step. Common applications for this controller include controlling the temperature of glass kilns and heat treatment ovens.

This controller has all the features of the standard PID controller (except the manual control mode). The dual alarm relay can be activated by the temperature set point or program steps. They can be used for interlock other equipments in the process.
