K type thermocouple 4"probe, Smoker, Oven

This K type thermocouple is suitable for smoker and low temperature oven (<750F) application.  The 1/8" diameter probe offers a good balance between the fast response time in the air and reasonable mechanical strength. The base of the probe is made of a 0.55" (15 mm) long 5/16"-24 screw for easy mounting.

The probe is 4 “ (100 mm) long, 1/8” (3.0 mm) diameter made of stainless steel with plated brass base.  The probe can be bent to different angle by hand to fit the application requirement.  Cable length, 6 ft (2 meters).

Maximum working temperature: 400C (750F).

Cable insulation: Fiberglass with stainless steel overbraid (900 Deg. F).
