This plug-n-play temperature and humidity controller can be used for sausage curing, green houses, incubator and other similar applications.

It can control both temperature (heating or cooling) and humidity (humidifying or dehumidifying) at the same time. It can display the temperature unit in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.

The controller has a two-line LED display, two output sockets, one sensor module and one input power cord. The top display shows the measured temperature value and the bottom display shows the measured humidity value. The left output socket is for heating/cooling devices, and the right output socket is for a humidifier/dehumidifier. The sensor module contains both temperature and humidity sensors.

This controller can be used in high relative humidity (>85%) and condensing environments, which are among the most challenging conditions for humidity controllers. For example, when controlling the humidity of a curing fridge at temperatures below the dew point of the ambient environment, opening the fridge door will cause water to condense on the sensor. When controlling the humidity at a humidity level that is close to 100%, slight temperature drop may also cause condensation on the sensor. Condensed water on the sensor can lead to unstable readings on most humidity sensors, including the one used in our TH102. It can also damage the sensor. 

This new controller is equipped with one of the most robust Humidity Sensor on the market. It can be fully recovered even if the sensor is wet.

  • The controller can display the temperature unit in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
  • Unlike the PID controllers we sell, this on/off controller will not hold the temperature as tight if the system has very slow and delayed response. Some temperature overshot is normal.
  • Although both temperature and humidity output can handle up to 15Amp of power,  the combined total power of the two channels are limited to 15A due to the limitation of input power cord.
  • For TH220, the input power plug is a US NEMA 5-15P plug. The output power plug is US NEMA 5-15R socket. 
  • For International customer, please check the box above for TH215 model. Its input power plug is a US NEMA 5-15P plug. Its output sockets will accept US, Australia, or European continental plug (CEE7/7).
