EGT Probe, Sealed Tip

This EGT probe, being the most durable type we offer, is widely used for aircraft applications (popular in Europe) and air intake temperature measurements. It is made of K type grounded thermocouples with a thin and sealed tip that is made of Inconel 600 alloy which provides the highest working temperature available for this type of sensor. The diameter of the probe is optimized to balance the requirement of mechanical stability and the response time.

This probe can also be used for air intake temperature measurement due to its small thermal mass.

Six types of mounting adapter are offered: 1/8" NPT, Weld-in Stainless Steel (SS), M8x1, M10x1, 1/4" NPT and 1/4" BSP thread. Please make the selection at the "Mounting Type Option" box above. Please click here for extra fitting adapter.
