This pressure sensor is for diesel engine boost pressure measurements from -0.33 to 3.30 bar (or -5.0 to 48.0 PSI). Unlike most of digital boost gauge on the market (and the other MAP sensor we offered), this sensor measures relative pressure (or gauge pressure) instead of absolute pressure. When not pressurized, the sensor will always give a zero pressure signal regardless of the elevation where the vehicle is at. It behaves the same way as the mechanical boost gauge.
When connected to the SYL-1813 Automobile Multimeter, the sensor will give you 0.01 bar or 0.1PSI resolution.
The sensor is supplied with a matting connector and 2 meter (6ft) cable.
