K Type Thermocouple w/ alligator clip tip. Smoker

This sensor is a K type thermocouple with an alligator clip on the tip and has a small thermal mass for faster responses in the air. It can be used for barbeque smokers, powder coating ovens and refrigerator applications. Users can clip it on the oven rack or on the adjacent parts. The sensor junction is at the round section of the alligator clip handle. It will measure the air temperature close to the handle, not the tip of the clip.

Maximum working temperature: 300C (550F).

Cable: 6 ft (2 meters) long, Insulation: TEFLON (PFA) with stainless steel over braid. Terminated with thermocouple mini connector.
