This is a 22mm selector switch. Maintained 2 normally open, 3 postions.

Mounting Cutout: 7/8" in (22.5 mm) Diameter
2 normally open contact blocks included.

It allows you to keep one of the two channels closed and the other one open, or keep the both two channels open.
Selector Position 1: keep the channel 1 closed and the channel 2 open.
Selector Position 2: Keep both channels open.
Selector Position 3: keep the channel 1 open and the channel 2 closed.
