This K type transition style thermocouple with a 6" long pointed probe can be used to measure the temperature of the inside of meat.
The probe is 6 “ (150 mm) long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) in diameter. The transition section is 0.3” in diameter and 1” long. Both tip and transition section are made of 304 stainless steel. Maximum working temperature: 400C (750F).
Cable: 6 ft (2 meters) long, Insulation: Fiberglass with stainless steel overbraid (900 Deg. F).
Two types of connectors are available: spade connector and thermocouple mini connector.
