Bradley Smoker Controller, Dual Probes

I purchased my WSD-1203CPH a couple months ago and used it for the first time today. The instructions included with the PID are VERY VERY difficult to understand ... However I followed the directions furnished by a user on one of the forums and it function FLAWLESSLY. I smoked a batch of KnockWurst and it was wonderful to NOT have to run and adjust the temp every few moments. MY PID was =/- 1 Degree F at all times. RARELY do I purchase a product that works as advertised out of the BOX. I could NOT be MORE pleased. I would recommend this product to ANY serious user of the Bradley OBS.
