1/16 DIN PID Temperature Controller, 12~24V AC/DC

This review is more a review of Auger Instruments' customer care than the the actual product, so I'll just say that the pid performs well and the product's documentation is excellent. The pid is built well and all the connections are labelled.
Now for the customer care part: They are excellent. During the course of building my brewing panel I contacted their tech support 9 times to discuss their different options for timers and pids. Each time I got back a detailed answer (no canned replies here) that always answered my question. The last reply was about the operation of the SYL-2352-24 pid. Kane sent back a whole page of detailed instructions that addressed each of my concerns, line by line for programming my homebrewing steps.
These guys are the best.
