Shipment:

Shipping and handling cost varies from product to product. You can find the cost by click the "estimate shipping" button at the shopping cart page. Then select the country that the order is going to. Click "update" button.

We usually ship the order within 24 hours. For USPS and EMS shipping, all in-stock orders received by 12:00PM EST will ship same day; for FedEx shipping, the orders received by 2:00PM EST will ship same day.

For domestic order, the order should reach you in 2-4 business days. The international shipping time by USPS air mail varies from country to country. In general, it takes 2-3 weeks for most West European countries, Australia, and East Coast of Canada. Sometimes, it can be delivered as short as one week, or up to four weeks (especially during the Christmas season). For the rural areal of Canada, East European counties, Spain, Italy, Asia, Central and South American, and Africa, the shipping takes 3-4 weeks on average. The tracking number is generated when we printing the shipping label. It is automatically sent to the email address that you provided to during check out (except some of the international order). If you did not receive a shipping notification email, you can email us for a copy of it. At this time, our web software can not retrieve the tracking number into our web. Express shipping via EMS, FedEx is available. We can also use your FedEx shipping account if you have a better deal with the shipping carrier.

Returns:

All of our plug and play controllers (except the sensor) carry one year warranty. A 90 days warranty is included with all of our other products to protect our clients from defective parts only. We are not liable for any damages due to improper using or abusing (this includes disassembling a product in an attempt to fix the problem by yourself).
