The CP52 is a 240V control panel with up to 50 Amps total output capability. Different than CP50/CP50, this control panel has dual thermocouple, dual PID controller and dual outputs. It has multiple controller options and can work for a variety of applications.

- Dual input & output channels. Each channel has one PID, one thermocouple and one output. 240V/30A max each channel. Total output capacity is 50A.
- Enclosure with 1/2" Knockouts for easy connection.
- Controller with either PID algorithm or artificial intelligence algorithm. One for each channel.
- Two line display that shows both the set temperature and actual monitoring temperature.
- Displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for displaying system power level. One for each channel.
- Solid State Relay (SSR) for long lasting, fast and noise free power switching.
- Contactor for completely cut off power to the element.
- Strain-relief power cord connector for hard-wiring the power line.

Note: DSPR120 & DSPR320A can only read PT100 RTD. They cannot read thermocouple.
Sensor connection options:
Default sensor connection option is hardwiring. If you need a detachable receptacle for the sensor, please select the right type. No sensor nor sensor cable is included with this panel.

Note:
1. The control panel is designed for 240V single phase power. Please verify your power supply before purchase. Input power cord is not included.
2. This control panel has two channels. Each channel is rated 30A max. Total is 50A max. This control panel cannot drive one single element over 30A. Two channels are designed to drive two separate applications at the same time. They cannot drive the same application (like the same oven), because two controllers will conflict with each other for the control.
3. Environment humidity is less than 85% RH.
4. This control system is designed for heating elements (resistive load) only, not for valve or other types of load. Heating element is not included.
5. Sensor is not included.
6. If you need buzzer and alarm control, please see our PCO304 for K thermocouple and STL201 for PT100 RTD sensor.
