The CP75 is a 240V control panel with up to 75 Amps total output capability. It has multiple controller options and can work for a variety of applications.

Feature:
- Two output channels. Channel #1 240V/50A max. Channel #2 240V/30A max. Total output capacity is 75A.
- Two PID controllers. Controller #1 is for main temp control. Controller #2 is for high temp limit control (SYL-2362, see note 6 below).
- Controller with either PID algorithm or artificial intelligence algorithm.
- Two line display that shows both the set temperature and actual monitoring temperature.
- Displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for displaying system power level.
- Solid State Relay (SSR) for long lasting, fast and noise free power switching.
- Contactor for completely cut off power to the element.
- Three strain-relief power cord connectors for hard-wiring the power lines. One 1/2 EMT connector for thermocouple connections.

By default, power input & output cords need to be hardwired into this control panel. If you need a power output socket instead, please contact us.
Temperature sensor for thermometer:
This panel requires
two temp sensors. Default sensor connection option is hardwiring. If you need detachable receptacles for the sensors on the bottom of the panel, please select the
thermocouple socket (type K, mini) or
XLRCON-M (PT100 RTD). For the difference between thermocouple and RTD, please see help center article
here. For over applications,
TC-K3MM (thermocouple) is recommended (Max temp 900F). No sensor nor sensor cable is included with this panel.

Important notes:
- The control panel is designed for 240V single phase power. Please verify your power supply before purchase.
- This control system is designed for heating elements (resistive load) only, not for gas burners nor propane heaters. If you want to use the system for a gas burner or other types of heater, please contact us before purchase; otherwise, your purchase may not be covered by our warranty.
- Environment humidity is less than 85% RH.
- Heating element is not included.
- Input power cord (SOOW 4/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- The additional SYL-2362 thermometer (right) is used to monitor the temperature for over-temperature safety protection. It can provide with a secondary sensor temp readout. In the case if the main PID (such as SYL-2352) or sensor is failed, the SYL-2362 and its sensor can be programmed to shut off power to all elements if oven temperature goes too high (limit control protection).
