PD-4545 is a punch and die set for punching a rectangular cutout in 45 mm x 45 mm. It comes with a semi-circular-shaped 22 mm draw stud, either in a M20 x 1.5 metric thread or a UNF 3/4"-16 thread. It is designed to make a cutout hole for panel-mount controllers in 1/16 DIN, SYL-2342/2352/2342P/2352P controller, SYL-2362 controller, DSPR1/2/110/210 power regulator, SYL-2813 automobile gauge, JSL-71/74 timer, etc.
This punch and die set requires a hydraulic punch driver. Please check the thread type in the cylinder ram and select a compatible draw stud.
Special note for N20K48.
N20K48 is a 1/16 DIN size controller, but its mounting cutout is 45.2 x 45.2 mm, which is slightly larger than a typical 1/16 DIN PID (whose mounting size is 45.0x45.0 mm). This listing (pd-4545) can only punch 45.0 x45.0 mm holes. So the hole from this punch die set doesn't fit N20K48 directly. The user can try to use a small file (not included) to enlarge the hole a little bit manually, to fit this controller.
