This PCO210-HMI is a standard 30A turn-key control panel for the powder coating oven with light and fan control features. Based on the Auber popular PCO 30A platform, an 4.3" touchscreen PID controller (HMI-43P) is installed, to replace the tranditional PID/timer.
It allows you to run heating elements up to 7200W. It has both the single set point control mode with one step timer, or multiple step ramp soak mode. This maximizes the finishing quality and minimizes coating time, resources and effort spent on building a control box. With the help of this control panel, your curing process can be easier and simpler.

Feature:
- Powder coated wall-mount enclosure.
- 4.3" touchscreen PID controller for oven applications
- Single set point mode & ramp soak mode.
- One step timer for the single step mode.
- Oven temperature probe w/ mounting screws (both the sensor and cable are rated for 900ºF).
- Flashing buzzer for the temp alarm.
- Mini digital volt and amp meter to show system power.
- Independent SSR and contactor for each heater outlet.
- Two independent controlled 120V outlets for light and fan.
- Side-mount breaker switch for overcurrent protection.

Description:
This control panel is built with some of the most popular components Auber Instruments has to offer to the metal finishing enthusiasts. With the new released specialized touchscreen controller, the user can change the set temp by tapping the screen (single set point mode only). The user can also stop the heater output via the screen if a door needs to be opened during the batch. When the batch is finished, the coating process can be started again. If you want to hold the oven temp for a specific duration time, you can use the timer feature in this mode. For customers who need ramp soak control, this touchscreen controller can be switched to the ramp soak mode on your user end, so multiple temp & time profiles can be used. For details, please see the listing page of this controller.
When the set temperature is reached, the user can shut off one of the heaters to hold the temperature by the external heater switches. Those switches are connected to contactor coils. So once they are turned to OFF position, the heater outlet will be powered off completely by the contactor. Meanwhile, system performance is enhanced by SSR (Solid State Relay). When the heater switch is turned to ON position, the PID controller will provide power to the element via SSR which will take action in only 2 seconds.
The sensor provided in this control panel is our
TC-K3MM. It is suitable for low oven application and can handle up to 900 degree F. The 1/8" diameter probe offers a good balance between the fast response time in the air and reasonable mechanical strength. The base of the probe is made of a 0.55" (15 mm) long 5/16"-24 screw for easy mounting. The probe is 4" long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) diameter made of stainless steel with a plated brass base. Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m), optional longer cable length 11 ft (3.5m) is also available.
Function limitation:
1. In the single set point mode (simple mode), the timer function is optional. Set the timer to zero to disable it, so it will work as Auber SYL-2352. If you use the timer, it will work as Auber SWA-2451B.
2. In the single set point mode (simple mode), the optional timer cannot be paused. You can start/stop the temp control to reset the timer.
3. In the ramp soak mode (profiled mode), the program cannot be paused. You can start/stop the program and you can also skip the current step.
4. The light output can only be manual controlled via the touchscreen. The fan output can only be automatically controlled by the touchscreen. The fan output cannot be manually controlled. By design, the fan will be turned on when the heater output is on. You can set the fan to be delayed on and/or delayed off. If you don't use the fan output, the fan function can be disabled in the parameters.

Note:
- The control panel is designed for North America 240V AC power lines which require four line power connections (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
- This control system is designed for heating elements (resistive load) only, not for gas burners or propane heaters. If you want to use the system for a gas burner or other types of heater, please contact us before purchase; otherwise, your purchase may not be covered by our warranty.
- Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m), optional longer cable length 11 ft (3.5m) is also available. If you need a longer sensor cable, please contact us.
- The input power cord (SOOW 10/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- The maximum recommended oven size for this panel is 72 Cu.Ft, such as 3 x 3 x 6'.
- The heating element is not included.
- This panel bottom comes with five round holes on the bottom. One for the 30A PCCON power grip inlet connector. Four for 1/2 EMT connectors.
- This panel is a main control panel, which can operate by itself. If you plan to use this control panel for a larger oven which is over its limit, you may consider using an auxiliary control panel together with this main panel (2-panel setup). See CP30-PCO, CP50-PCO and CP75-PCO for details. It is not recommended to use two main control panels (like 2 x PCO404) for a same oven due to the potential tuning issues.
- Lead time is about 4-5 business days.
