Protection Plan for 50A PCO Control Panels (Subscription)

Auber control panels come with one year limited warranty with complimentary technical support. Auber control panel DIY kits come with 6-month limited warranty with complimentary technical support. This protection plan extends the coverage with system level technical support.

• Effortless transfer: Need to sell the equipment? This protection plan can be transferred, adding value to your equipment and simplifying transition.

Plan details and limitation:

• This protection plan is only available for US customers.
• This protection plan must be purchased within 60-days of purchasing the Auber control panel or DIY kit.
• This protection plan will cover up to 4 incidents every 12 months after the first subscription date. 
• This protection plan doesn't offer the replacement for the whole control panel. The installation cost for the replacement part (if applicable) is not covered.  
• This protection plan can only cover one (1) Auber control panel or one (1) Auber DIY kit.
• This subscription payment service is offered via PayPal. After you subscribe to the service, please send us an email including your control panel/DIY kit order number, so we will link your subscription with your order together. 

Cancellation:

• This protection plan can be canceled anytime. To cancel it, please go to your paypal account. Under subscription, find this plan and choose cancel. If you cancel your protection plan, you’ll get a refund based on the percentage of unexpired coverage plan, minus the value of any service already provided.
