This listing is for 5x5x7' electric batch oven, specifically designed for applications such as powder coating. The oven, along with its control box, arrives fully assembled and is ready for plug-and-play installation. It comes with a circulation fan, element protective cover, easy to use control panel, 1" steel welded rolling parts cart, and required safety components. All electric units come with emergency panel push to stop switches. All major powering components inside of the control panel are UL listed. PID instruction manual and panel operation guide are included.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping service is provided to US lower 48 states¹. At the time of purchase, a flat shipping fee² will be charged in addition to the oven price. That price reflects the cost of base shipping and crating. Depending on the zone in which the product is being freighted to, the cost of freight will be adjusted and billed for based on the location in which the product is being freighted to. After submission of the purchasing parties zip code the final freight total will be given, and the cost will be applied to the purchase. If the cost of freight is lower than the flat shipping fee, the remaining balance will be returned to the customer. If a liftgate option³ is needed that will also reflect a flat charge of $100.00. LTL transit days are Monday-Friday and do not operate on weekends. Auber and the factory take no responsibility for late or rescheduled pickups. Auber and the factory do not refund LTL labels if the item was attempted to be delivered but was not due to the purchasing party neglect of any sort. Auber and the factory do not refund LTL labels with incorrect address information that was given at the time of billing. Please remember weekends and holidays DO NOT count as transit days.

Note 1: If you like to ship this oven to an Intl location (like Canada), please contact us and we can try to give you a shipping quote. 

Note 2: Auber doesn't collect the shipping cost for the oven product. After the oven order is placed, customer needs to contact with the factory to pay the shipping fee and schedule the delivery. 

Note 3: Lift gate option example: If you select the lift gate option, the shipping company/truck driver will help to unload the oven and bring it into your garage. The driver will bring a pallet jack. 

Note 4: Auber does not own, take part, or orchestrate the shipping routes and or transit times given from LTL brokers or third-party booking agents. Auber does not take any responsibility or liability for damaged/lost freight or damaged/lost goods. Shipping insurance is optional for a cost of $160.00. Auber claims no responsibility on item location or arrival condition.

Note 5: Factory pickup is available upon request (Chicago metro area). No shipping will be charged then. The oven will be loaded on a pallet (no crated). 

Customer Support:

The oven manufactuerer will handle all service for a product directly. The email service team is open 24*7 and the US phone support team is open 7am-7pm central time.

Payment:

Credit card/PayPal/PayPal Pay Later (Installment Plan provided by PayPal). Check/ACH transfer is also available. Prepayment is required for the oven. After the order is placed, factory will contact the customer regarding the shipping details and collect the shipping fee. 

Warranty:

1-year parts and panel is provided through the manufacturer (switch(s), PID controller, line block, contactor(s), thermocouple, panel enclosure itself, heating element(s), element heat wire, silicone door seal, plug, plug wire, circulation fan(s), gas burner(s)). Any basic fault or general failure of an item will result in a full replacement part within 1-year of purchase. All original parts are to be sent back to the manufactuer direct for replacement. Any fault by a customer or any failure of general maintenance resulting in a part failure voids warranty. Any damage to a part or component listed above by the purchasing party will void warranty.

The following parts are not covered by the warranty including the frame, shell, hinges, floor, handle, latches, interior insulation, or other metal items due to the nature of use. All items submitted for warranty cover will need to include pictures of the issue, status of the part, and service information if service was performed along with the original installer information. A 2-year extended warranty is available for the cost of $300.00 (Purchase Link).

Return policy:

14-day return policy is offered, from the date of delivey. All returns must be in original packaging/crating condition and unused/unopened. Upon arrival inspection and return approval a refund will be given within 7-10 business days of return arrival and approval.
