**Any sale of a unit to another person or transfer of unit ownership does not carry over warranty to new purchasing party**

ELECTRIC UNITS ARE TO BE INSTALLED BY A VALID, CERTIFIED, AND LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. WITHOUT PROOF OF INSTALL FROM SUCH OR ANY SELF INSTALL ON THE PURCHASED UNIT WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT VOID OF WARRANTY, PLEASE SAVE PROOF OF INSTALL. ANY SELF INSTALL WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ALL WARRANTY.
