K type thermocouple 4"probe with Clip, Smoker, Oven

This K type thermocouple is suitable for smokers and low temperature oven (<900F) applications. The probe can be installed inside the grill or oven. It comes with an alligator clip for easy installation. It can be clipped on to the smoker grill or a frame. The clip isolates the probe tip from being affected by the temperature of the mounting fixture. The 1/8" diameter probe offers a good balance between the fast response time in the air and reasonable mechanical strength.

Maximum working temperature: 500C (900F).
