This 1/4 DIN four channel temperature meter can measure and display temperatures from four probes at the same time. It allows the user to monitor the temperature of more spots with limited panel space. This unit works with Pt100 RTD and thermocouple temperature sensors. It contains four dry relay outputs that can be programmed to trigger at specific temperatures as the absolute high/low temperature alarms separately. This meter also has optional PID control mode, which can be enabled on user end.
The included meter has communication feature (RS485). By using the included USB adapter, user can use his Windows computer and our supplied software to get access to this meter.
Note: this meter can only read one type of sensor at one time. For example, it can read up to four type K thermocouple at the same time, or up to four PT100 RTD at the same time.
USB adapter*, one 6ft data cable and Windows based software** are included. User can use his Windows PC (not included) to monitor and adjust the settings via USB adapter.
* The default USB adapter option is not AC insulated. Please be careful when you connect this data cable from the PID to USB adapter. If high voltage is applied on this data cable by mistake, high voltage will damage this USB adapter and your connected computer. For better protection, optional AC insulated USB adapter is offered and recommended. It can protect your computer from high voltage damage.
** macOS/Linux is currently not supported. Communication protocal is modbus-RTU.
