If a customer requires assistance with troubleshooting their control boxes, which was designed or built by a third-party company (not by Auber), we are still able to offer help. Our team of skilled engineers will remotely analyze your wiring and offer troubleshooting suggestions. This service incurs an hourly fee, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
