The KLN102 is a 30A control panel for electric kiln systems and heat treatment ovens. This enhanced PID controller utilizes a ramp and soak feature that has the ability to program up 30 stages. This panel is designed to handle up to one 5000W/240V heater or two 3000W/240V heaters.

The KLN102 is built with some of the most popular products Auber has to offer. With SYL-2352P PID temperature controller, this panel can program up to 30 steps for ramp, soak and other logic actions. Also, this controller has two accessory relay outputs. They can be used for temperature alarms, or forced to turn on by special commands. For example, users can use alarm 1 (AL1) for high temperature alarms and alarm 2 (AL2) for low temperature alarms. Or use AL1 as temperature alarms and use AL2 as timer alarms.
In addition to the programming feature, this panel also has a flashing buzzer for high temperature alarm and indicator for showing heater status. 2 accessory relays on the controller have been connected with the two 2-position switches, which allows users to program the system for a variety of purposes.
Included is the high temperature type K thermocouple (TC-K-KLN), which is a ceramic probe used for firing up the kiln. It is designed to operate continuously at 2300°F (1300°C), or cone 6-temperature. This high quality OEM probe is the same probe used in many US made commercial kilns.
