The KIT-STL102 is a DIY kit for a 30A still heat control panel. This system is designed to handle up to one 5000W heater or 2 x 3000W heaters. In addition to being a programmable controller, it also has a flashing buzzer for high temperature alarms and indicators for showing heater status. Wiring diagrams and other installation files are available after purchase.
A PT100 RTD probe is offered with this kit and should be installed on the boiler. Seven
tri-clamp probe options are available. Please leave a note for the tri-clamp probe# you need. If you choose none for the probe, no cable will be included.

- 10x8x8" Wall mount enclosure with knockouts.
- Dual-line display power regulator (DSPR400) with 0.1 degree accuracy.
- 40A Solid State Relay and 40A heat sink.
- Flashing Buzzer for temperature/timer alarm.
- Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for showing the system power information.
- Blue illuminated selector switch for heater control.
- Contactor for completely cutting off element power.
- PT100 RTD temperature probe with 12-ft silicone braided cable.
- 240V 30A NEMA L6-30R Socket for heater connection.
- Breaker switch for overload protection
- 30A Strain Relief Power Cord Connector for hard-wiring the power line.
- DIN Rail and DIN Rail Terminal Blocks for power distribution.
- Engraved panel labeling tags.
Note:
- This kit is designed for North America 240V AC power lines that require four lines power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). Please verify that your power supply meets these requirements before purchasing.
- Input power cord is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- The heating element is not included.
