Still Heat Control Panel (240V 30A 7200W)

The STL102 is a 30A still heat control panel for automating the distillation process. This panel is designed to handle up to one 5000W/240V heater or two 3000W/240V heaters.  It has one still heat controller to control the distillation process in your boiler.

The STL102 is built with some of the most popular products Auber has to offer. With the DSPR400 temperature controller, users can take in the enjoyment of making alcohol while skipping the tedious process of automating the distillation. In mash mode, its temperature control function utilizes an artificial intelligence algorithm optimized for mashing application. It is easier to understand and more convenient to operate than a PID controller. In distilling mode, the boiler heat is controlled by the linear and uniform power output with 1% resolution; the temperature is monitored in 0.1-degree resolution. The distillation process can be stopped by either a preset temperature or preset time. DSPR400 comes with two alarm relay outputs which are connected to the front flashing buzzer. Users can program both alarm outputs to set alarms and receive notifications when to remove foreshots/heads at specific temperatures.

A PT100 RTD probe is offered with the listing and should be installed at the boiler. Seven tri-clamp probe options are available. Please leave a note for the tri-clamp probe# you need. If you choose none for the probe, no cable will be included.

Three color options for the silicone braided cable: red, black, blue and yellow.

 Note:

• This panel is designed for North America 240V AC power lines that require four lines power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). 
• Input power cord (SOOW 10/4) is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
• The heating element is not included.
