This is a kit to DIY your 30A mushroom sterilizer heat control panel. If you have one 5000-Watt element or two 3000-Watt element, this is the right choice. In addition to a still heat controller, it also has a flashing buzzer for high temperature alarm and indicator for showing heater status. Wiring diagram and other installation manuals are available after purchase.
A PT100 RTD probe is offered with the listing and should be installed at the boiler. Seven
tri-clamp probe options are available. Please leave a note for the tri-clamp probe# you need.

Three color options for the silicone braided cable: red, black, blue and yellow.
This kit includes each of the following:
- 10x8x8" Wall mount enclosure with knockouts.
- Dual-line display power regulator (SWA-2451B) with built-in timer feature.
- 40A Solid State Relay and 40A heat sink.
- Flashing Buzzer for temperature/timer alarm.
- Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for showing system power information.
- Blue momentary push button for timer reset purpose.
- Contactor for completely cutting off element power.
- One PT100 Liquid tight RTD sensor with one 12-ft silicone braided cable. Mating cable connector is XLRCON-M.
- 240V 30A NEMA L6-30R Socket for heater connection.
- Breaker switch for overload protection
- 30A Strain Relief Power Cord Connector for hard-wiring the power line.
- DIN Rail and DIN Rail Terminal Blocks for power distribution.
- Engraved Panel Tags for labeling.
Note:
- This kit is designed for North America 240V AC power line that requires four lines power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground).
- Input power cord is not included because each user may have different hook up requirements.
- Heating element is not included.
