This set includes one dual channel automobile multimeter (SYL-2813), one EGT probe with sealed tip (TC-KEGTS) and one oil/water temperature sensor (PT100A-NPT or P18NPT50). Please contact us if any questions.

SYL-2813 gauge: 
This dual channel automobile multimeter can measure and display two parameters at the same time. It can measure temperature, pressure and other important parameters such as battery voltage and air/fuel ratio. Two programmable alarms will turn on the LED in the front panel to get the driver's attention if the temperature/pressure is above the setting point. It will also close a relay output port that can be used to turn on a buzzer, shut off the fuel, or turn on a cooling fan. Each channel contains one relay. The meter stores the peak temperature/pressure with time stamps that can be checked later. It can also operate in the peak holding mode so that only the maximum value is displayed. The brightness of the LED display can be synchronized with headlights. When the headlight is turned on at night, the display will be dimmed by the illumination signal. It can also be dimmed directly on the key pad. Developed based on industrial grade instruments, this four digits gauge offers up to 10 times the resolution and accuracy of most 3 digits gauges on the market. For thermocouple sensor, this gauge has a cold junction compensation circuit to improve the accuracy at low temperature and reduces the temperature drift when a thermocouple sensor is used. 
 
The gauge is 48 x 48 mm, slight smaller than 52mm round gauge. It is 85mm in depth. For the housing of this gauge, please check our CBox16-B. 

TC-KEGTS EGT probe:
The gauge is supplied with your choice of an EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) sensor. The model number is TC-KEGTS.  It is a K type  grounded thermocouple with a thin and sealed tip. The thin and sealed EGT probe design is widely used for aircraft applicatio­n because its durability. It is also very popular in Europe. The tip of this probe is made of Inconel 600 alloy that provides the highest working temperature available for this type of sensor. The diameter of the probe is optimized to balance the requirement of mechanical stability and the response time. The probe diameter is 3mm, with several mounting thread options available (choose from the drop down list). The insertion depth is adjustable with 1.34" (35mm) maximum.  The default cable length is 78” (2 meters). If you need a longer cable, please select the 4 meter cable option. The maximum working temperature of the sensor is 1100 ºC (2000 ºF).

Oil/water temperature sensors:  
The gauge is supplied with your choice of an oil/water temperature probe. The probe has 1/8" NPT thread. Two probe lengths are offered: 34 mm (1.34") and 22 mm (0.87").  The default cable length is 78” (2 meters). If you need longer cables for both probe 1 and probe 2, please select the 4 meter cable options. The maximum working temperature of the sensor is 250ºC (500ºF).
