Here is the description from Cable-braided-XLR-M:
 
This is the braided cable for the PT100-L series probe with a 3-pin XLR connector. There is an option of 8 ft or 12 ft long Teflon insulated and braided cable for more protection. Another option for the cable is a pair of panel mount connectors on the other end. The mating connector of the panel mount connector is 2 ft 3 inch (700mm) of Teflon cable installed. User can use this cable without any soldering work.

The major difference between this product and the "Cable-braided" is that the panel mount connector is a pair of 3-pin XLR connectors. The connector in the middle of the image is the female connector of XLRCON-M. The smaller connector on the braided cable in the picture below is the female connector of P2CON-XS12-CBL.
 
Current version braided cable (installed with P2CON-XS12-CBL female connector) and the mating XLRCON-M connector/cable. 
 
 

The older version braided cable (installed with RTDCON) and Mating XLRCON-M Connector/Cable.
