Liquid Weighing Dispensing Machine for External Pump

AWM-L02 liquid weighing dispensing machine, or gravimetric liquid dispenser, is a closed loop dispensing system that provides a higher level of accuracy than the timer controlled dispensing system. Different than other AWM models, this machine is to be used with an external pump or valve and it does not have a built-in pump. User can select the pump based on the dispensing volume, speed, viscosity and the cross contamination requirement. We provide the service of sourcing a compatible pump for your application. This machine also has a larger dispensing/weighing range (up to 22lb/10kg).

Application example: AWM-L02 is controlling an external peristaltic pump (1140 mL/min). Pump/stand/cup is not included in this listing.

Key features:

1). The output port on AWM-L02 can be used to drive an external load*, like pump, valve, contactor, etc.

2). This model has a weighing limit of 22 lb (10 kg), which can be used for projects with large dispensing volume.

3). Universal design for different dispensing projects. For traditional dispensing systems by time, user may need to adjust the dispensing time for different types of liquid or different liquid pressure. Dispensing by weight can eliminate all these time related factors for better accuracy and user-friendly. 

4). Automatic dispensing mode for easy use. Exclusive automatic mode can sense the placement of new container, auto-tare the weight of the container and auto-dispense by your set weight. It will auto-zero when you remove the container from the scale. Users don’t need to press any keys during the whole process.

5). Memory feature. User can store up to 4 pre-set dispensing set values in the machine for future use.

Note *: The relay output in this machine is rated as 3A, resistive load. To drive a large pump or valve, one external mechanical relay/contactor is needed (not included).
