The GSO203S is a standard turn-key control panel for the gas fired oven with light and fan control. With a built-in timer function, the included PID controller is able to hold the temperature for a certain period of time then power off the burner. To reset the timer and start another batch, press the blue reset button momentarily. During the batch, one can use a manual switch to turn ON/OFF the burner if needed. A yellow 2-in-1 voltmeter & ammeter shows the system power status. The alarm buzzer can be used for temperature alarm and/or finishing alarm. Separate alarm mute switch is included.

- The control panel is designed for North America 120V AC power lines that require three line power connections (Hot line, Neutral and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
