The KIT-GSO203S DIY kit is a standard build-it-yourself control panel for the gas fired oven with light and fan control. With a built-in timer function, the included PID controller is able to hold the temperature for a certain period of time then power off the burner. To reset the timer and start another batch, press the blue reset button momentarily. During the batch, one can use a manual switch to turn ON/OFF the burner if needed. A yellow 2-in-1 voltmeter & ammeter shows the system power status. The alarm buzzer can be used for temperature alarm and/or finishing alarm. Separate alarm mute switch is included.

This kit includes each of the following:
- 10x8x8" Wall mount enclosure with knockouts (bottom & sides).
- Dual-line display PID controller with a built-in timer function.
- 2P25A110V DIN Rail mounted contactor.
- One flashing Buzzer for temperature/timer alarm.
- Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for showing system power.
- Black 2P selector switch for alarm silence.

Notes for the optional wiring kit (WK-PCO104):
This wiring kit includes all the wires you need to assemble this DIY kit. All the wires are trimmed, numbered and installed with connectors. Wiring strippers and crimpers are saved. Only basic tools such as screwdrivers and socket wrench are required. Please see the pictures for the wiring kit below.

- Recommended gas burner: Carlin EZGas Pro, Carlin 201
- The control panel is designed for North America 120V AC power lines that require four line power connections (Hot line, Neutral and Ground). Please verify your power supply before purchase.
- Electrical assembly is required for this DIY kit. The assembled panel is available here: GSO203S.
- Default sensor cable length is 6 ft (2m). An optional longer cable length of 11 ft (3.5m) is also available. If you need a longer sensor cable, please contact us.
- Gas burner is not included.
- Optional hanger set is offered.
