Thermal Pad for Three Phase SSR and Linear SSVR

This is the one (1 x) thermal pad for panel mount three-phase solid state relay (SSR) or linear solid state voltage regulator (SSVR40A-LIN only). It can be used between the SSR and the heat sink. 

Similar to thermal grease, this thermal pad is for filling the air gap between the SSR and the heat dissipation metal plate. It is much easier and more cleaner to install than thermal grease. Thin layer design can help to dissipate the heat from the SSR. Four pre-cut holes/slots are for SSR screw mounting. Grease free. 

Note: This thermal pad is made by electrically conductive material.
