WiFi Control Panel for Large Smoker, 3 Probes, 240V 30A 7000W

New Product Release! Control panel (up to 30A at 240V) with WiFi connectivity for large electric smokers is now available. 

The SMK104 is a 30A 240V electric smoker control panel with WiFi connectivity. 

Main Features:

• The same control module as in our WiFi smoker controller AW-1520H.
• Up to 3 temperature probes can be connected. 
• One main output to the heating element up to 30A, 240V.
• Two independent auxiliary outputs at 5A, 120V for smoke generators or blowers.
• A three-position power switch allows the user to turn off the main output and monitor the temperature readings only.

Temperature Probes: 
This controller comes with two temperature probes by default: Probe 1 (which measures the temperature of the smoker cabinet) and Probe 2 (which measures the food's internal temperature). Optional probe 3 (second food probe) is offered. 

Probe 1 options: 

1. WS-SENSOR17: The original free-hanging probe can be fed through the top venting hole of most smokers and provides an accurate temperature reading. 
2. WS-SENSOR19: The wall-mount probe gives the smoker controller an aesthetic and clean appearance. This sensor has a maximum mounting thickness of 0.87" (22mm). 
3. (order separately) WS-SENSOR-L1501/2NPT: Has a 6" long tip, 1/2" NPT thread, and a detachable cable. Suitable for smokers with a 1/2" NPT port.

Probe 2 and Probe 3 options: 

1. Standard food probe: WS-SENSOR18A. It is an L-shape with a pointed tip. Max temperature is 570°F. 
2. Miniature food probe: WS-SENSOR22. It has a thin and small tip, suitable for small pieces of meat, such as fish and sausage. Max temperature is 400°F. See more details here.
