Product Description:

This PT100 transition style RTD sensor with a 6" long pointed probe can be used to measure the temperature of the inside of meat.

The probe is 6“ (150 mm) long and 1/8” (3.0 mm) in diameter. The transition section is 0.3” in diameter and 2” long. Both tip and transition section are made of 304 stainless steel.

The sensor comes with 4.8 ft (1.5 meters) color coded three-conductor cable, and each conductor is insulated and protected with two layers of TEFLON. Two different braided cables are also available. The “braided cable with extra PTFE insulation” can withstand up to 600 ºF, which is higher than the other two cables. 

Cable options: 
Top: standard cable with Teflon insulation.
Middle: braided cable with extra Teflon insulation (out of stock).
Bottom: braided cable.
