This Leviton 240V 20 Amp socket  is for power output of the controller box. It can handle output load up to 4800 Watts. The socket is twist-lock type so that plug will not fall off if the power cord is pulled. 

It contains two hot and one ground terminals. There is no neutral connection for the 120V output.
