Great product at a great price. I did a beta test of this using a 5 gallon pail of water with a lid that had a thermowell for the probe. I have this unit controlling a fridge with a space heater inside of it. The back room where this fridge is located can have large temperature swings over the year as I don't heat it as warm as the rest of the house, and don't cool it as much either (separate HVAC zone control). So, this device was sorely needed. It is easy to use, and now it is controlling a full fermentation of beer. Excellent choice for the home brewer who needs to both heat and cool their chamber, based on the ambient conditions.
