Temperature Controller for Weber Smokey Mountain/ Akorn

I have used this controller with my Weber Smokey Mountain about six or seven times over the past year and I could not be happier with its' performance. Once the Weber's temperature is initially stabilized, this unit maintains the 225 F setpoint until the charcoal is pretty much used up. Paired with a remote temperature sensor, it has saved numerous trips up and down the basement stairs to check temps and adjust vents. Well worth the price. Auber's customer service is also excellent.
