EZboil for Boiling, Step Mashing, and Low Oxygen (LODO) Brewing

Perfect replacement for cheap inkbird PID. I went through two inkbird controllers and 3 k type sensors before I found ez boil controller. Just finished first brew session and to issues with temp spikes. Stayed within 1 degree mash temp.
