Wall-Mounted BIAB Control Panel DIY Kit (240V 30A 7200W)
This KIT-BB003 is a DIY kit for the 30A Brew-In-A-Bag (BIAB) control panel (BB003). This system is rated as 240V AC 30A. This system is a fully functional control system for home brewing. It maximizes the brewing quality while minimizing time consumption, resources, and efforts spent on building a brewing system. With the help of this control box, all-grain brewing at home is made easier and simpler.

This kit includes each of the following:
- 10 x 8 x 8" wall-mount enclosure with knockouts and a set of hangers.
- EZboil® DSPR320A controller
- 40A Solid State Relay and 40A heat sink.
- 1P 25A DIN Rail Mounted Contactor for auxiliary auto control.
- 2P 32A DIN Rail Mounted Contactor for switching power input.
- PT100 RTD temperature probe with 8 ft braided cable that provides a more accurate reading of the system. (For the tri-clamp probe options, please leave a note for the part number and probe length option during checkout.)
- Two-Position blue illuminated blue switch for AUX1 control.
- Three-Position blue illuminated switch for AUX2 control.
- A pair of 22mm round yellow gauges for volts and amps reading.
- Two-Position red illuminated red switch for alarm mute.
- Key selector switch for power control.
- 2P 30A Circuit breaker for overload protection.
- External flashing buzzer.
- DIN Rail and a set of DIN Rail terminal blocks.
- NEMA L6-30R Socket for output heater.
- NEMA L14-30P locking flanged inlet for power input.
- Engraved panel tags.
Temperature sensor:
This controller includes one PT100 RTD probe with one 8' braided cable by default (12' braided cable option is also available). The PT100 RTD sensor provides high accuracy & a wider measuring range, which is recommended for precision applications like brewing. It is superior to digital sensors, thermistor sensors or thermocouple that competitors offer. 19 different probe length/thread options are offered. See the table below for more information. Please choose the probe option above accordingly. For the tri-clamp probe options, please leave a note for the probe option# in the comment box during checkout. Or you can simply send us an email for the trip-clamp probe that you need. The RTD sensor connector on the CUBE controller is the male XLR (XLRCON-M).

Note:
1) This kit is designed for North America 240V AC power lines that require a four lines power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). The heater output connection is NEMA standard type.
2) It is recommended to hook up this system with a GFCI or Earth Leak protector protected power line because water is involved in the brewing equipment.
3) Input power cords are not included because each user may have different hook up requirements in terms of cable length and connection type.
4) Heating element is not included.
