This KIT-BB303H is a DIY kit for the 30A HERMS Brew Buddy control panel (BB303H). This control panel can be used to brew up to 20 Gallon per batch. This kit includes the latest version of the EZboil® controllers, (DSPR320A), allowing step-mashing and multi-events boiling processes. The power system design also supports an interlock function with the main power switch.

This kit includes the following:
- (1) 16 x 12 x 8" enclosure with knockouts, one 75 A heat sink and a set of hangers.
- (2) DSPR320A EZboil® controllers with step mashing and multi-event features.
- (1) SYL-2802 Dual-Channel thermometer for mash/lauter tun temperature monitoring.
- (1) All-in-one power meter that shows real-time voltage and amperage consumption.
- (2) 40A Solid State Relays; one for HLT element, the other for BOIL element.
- (2) 2P 32A Circuit Breakers; one for HLT element, the other for BOIL element.
- (2) 1Pole 10A Circuit Breaker for water pump and wort pump.
- (3) 32A 110V Coil Contactors; one for input power, the other two for output heaters.
- (2) 25A 110V Coil Contactors; one for water pump, the other one for wort pump.
- (Optional) PT100 RTD temperature probe, braided cable with mating cable*. Mating cable connector is XLRCON-M.
- (1) Black 3-Position selector switch for element selection.
- (1) Red 2-Position illuminated switch for alarm buzzer.
- (2) Blue 3-Position illuminated switches for water pump and wort pump control.
- (1) Key selector switch for power ON/OFF.
- (2) Yellow LED for indicating element status.
- (1) Flashing Buzzer for alarms.
- (2) 10-inch length DIN Rails.
- A set of DIN Rail terminal blocks for wiring split.
- (1) NEMA L14-30P Flanged Inlet Locking Receptacle for input power.
- (2) NEMA L6-30R Flanged Locking Sockets for output heaters.
- (2) NEMA L5-15R Flanged Locking Sockets for output pumps.
- A set of Engraved panel tags.

Note:
1) This kit is designed for North America 240V AC power lines that require a four-line power connection (L1, L2, Neutral and Ground). All the input/output connections are NEMA standard type.
2) Although the kit includes circuit breakers for output load, it is recommended to hook up this system with a GFCI or Earth Leak protector protected power line because water is involved in the brewing equipment.

Input power cords are not included because each user may have different hook up requirements in terms of cable length and connection type. This system uses NEMA L14-30P receptacle as power inlet. Input power connector (L14-30R) is listed as an option.
